Giving new life to an existing space often starts with a vision. At 99 Espinay Street in Québec City, a major renovation transformed a 5½ apartment into a more functional living environment, better suited to today’s needs.
The main goal of the project was to modernize the space and make the most of every square foot by adding more storage, comfort, and versatility.
The kitchen was completely redesigned with a more practical layout and updated materials. The result is a welcoming space where everything has its place.
The bathroom also underwent a complete renovation to create a modern, bright, and streamlined space.
The biggest transformation, however, took place in the basement. Thanks to a thoughtful reconfiguration of the space, a second bedroom and a powder room were added. These improvements enhance the functionality of the unit while better meeting the needs of its residents.
Beyond the renovation itself, this project highlights the importance of investing in our properties to preserve their quality and create living spaces that continue to evolve with today’s needs.
